Terms of Service

MARS — Mobile Automotive Repair Specialists

Welcome to MARS Mobile Automotive Repair Specialists. By requesting or accepting services from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern all services provided by MARS Mobile Automotive Repair Specialists, a mobile repair business operating throughout the Phoenix Metro area of Arizona.

Scope of Services

We provide mobile automotive repair and diagnostic services. Our services are limited to those expressly listed in our estimates or repair orders. We do not guarantee the performance of unrelated vehicle systems or components.

Liability Limitation

MARS Mobile Automotive Repair Specialists is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, income, or time. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the specific repair or service performed.

Vehicle Operation Authorization

By requesting our services, you authorize MARS Mobile Automotive Repair Specialists to operate, test drive, and move your vehicle as needed for inspection or repair. You acknowledge and accept that any pre-existing defects may cause or contribute to failure while the vehicle is being operated.

Mobile Repair Location Risks

We perform repairs in driveways, parking lots, streets, and other non-traditional workspaces. By allowing us to perform services at your location, you agree to assume all risks related to that setting. We are not responsible for HOA, property management, or city ordinance violations.

Property Damage & Hazards

You acknowledge that vehicles may have existing conditions (e.g., electrical issues, fuel leaks, battery faults) that pose safety hazards. MARS Mobile Automotive Repair Specialists is not liable for property damage caused by these pre-existing conditions or environmental factors outside our control.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to charge late fees or pursue collections.

Under Arizona law, MARS Mobile Automotive Repair Specialists may claim a mechanic's lien on a vehicle until payment is received.

Documentation and Media Use

We may photograph or video your vehicle for documentation, diagnostics, quality control, or promotional purposes. These images may be used in marketing materials, including on our website and social media, but will never include personal identifying information without your explicit consent. All media created remains the property of MARS Mobile Automotive Repair Specialists.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt informal resolution. If we are unable to resolve the issue, the matter will be submitted to binding arbitration, unless the customer opts to file in small claims court. Arbitration will take place in Maricopa County, Arizona, and the arbitrator's decision will be final.

Third-Party Claims

We are not responsible for damages or losses claimed by third parties (e.g., future vehicle buyers or passengers) regarding services we performed.

Weather and Safety Cancellations

We reserve the right to delay or cancel appointments due to weather, unsafe working conditions, or other unforeseen events. We are not liable for related delays.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or vehicle at our discretion, including unsafe vehicles or suspected fraudulent activity.

Incorporation Into Work Orders

By signing a repair order, estimate, or inspection authorization, or by accepting or requesting services from MARS Mobile Automotive Repair Specialists in any form (including verbally, digitally, or in writing), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, or had the opportunity to review these Terms of Service. These terms are incorporated by reference into all agreements with MARS Mobile Automotive Repair Specialists, whether or not a physical signature is obtained.
